2. Principle

This website is a purely editorial offering. It has no contact form, no sign-in, no comment function and no search. Beyond the server log files described below, this website processes no personal data.

3. Server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.

This data is technically necessary for the operation and security of the website. It is not merged with other data sources and is not evaluated to analyse user behaviour. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically sound and secure operation). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Processing takes place within the European Union.

4. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. No analytics or tracking services, no audience measurement, no social media plugins and no advertising networks are used. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. A consent banner is therefore not required.

The choice of language is carried entirely by the address you request and is not stored.

5. No third-party content

This website loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts are served from our own server; no maps, videos, scripts or images from external providers are embedded. Visiting this website therefore establishes no connection to any third party.

The website contains links to external sites. Only when you click such a link does the respective provider receive your IP address and further technical access data. Processing by those providers is governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you transmit (your email address and, where applicable, your name and message) is stored and used solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. It is not passed on without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where the enquiry serves to initiate a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Your rights

You have the right at any time to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Please use the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Retention

Server log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period. Data from email contact is deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.

9. Supervisory authority

Competent data protection supervisory authority: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 27, 91522 Ansbach, www.lda.bayern.de
